Langtang Trek 4 Days 3 Nights

Day 1: Kathmandu to Lama Hotel
We will begin our journey from Kathmandu early in the morning and drive toward Syabrubesi along the scenic Himalayan highway. Around 5:00 AM, we will stop on the highway for breakfast/lunch before continuing the drive. By approximately 1:00 PM, we will reach Sherpa Gaon, where the jeep ride ends and the trek officially begins. From there, we hike through forest trails and riverside paths toward Lama Hotel. Arriving around 5:00 PM, we will settle in for dinner and an overnight stay at Lama Hotel.
Day 2: Lama Hotel to Kyangjin Gumba
The day begins early with the hike starting from Lama Hotel at 5:30 AM. Passing through dense forests and beautiful mountain landscapes, we will reach Ghodatabela around 7:00 AM for breakfast. Continuing along the Langtang Valley trail, we arrive at Langtang Bajar (3450m) around 1:00 PM for lunch and some rest. After enjoying the scenic surroundings and traditional Tamang settlements, we continue the gradual ascent toward Kyangjin Gumba (3900m), arriving around 5:00 PM for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3: Kyangjin Ri Exploration and Return to Lama Hotel
We begin the day early at 5:00 AM with a hike toward Kyangjin Ri I/II (4600m). By around 8:00 AM, we will reach the viewpoint and enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the Langtang Himalayan range. After spending time exploring and taking in the scenery, we descend back to Kyangjin Gumba (3900m), arriving around 11:00 AM for lunch. Following lunch, we continue descending through Langtang Valley toward Lama Hotel, where we will arrive around 5:00 PM for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 4: Lama Hotel to Kathmandu
The final day begins with an early morning hike from Lama Hotel at 5:00 AM. We will reach Bamboo around 6:00 AM for breakfast before continuing downhill toward Syabrubesi (1450m). Arriving around 9:00 AM, we board the return vehicle back to Kathmandu. Along the way, we will stop on the highway around 12:00 PM for dinner/lunch before continuing the drive back, marking the end of our memorable Langtang adventure.

Participation Eligibility:
Participants should have a reasonable level of fitness to complete the hike within the designated timeframe.
Age requirement: 13 to 50 years. (outside age range allowed with friend or guardian or with self-reliant fitness)
Participation Guidelines:
Individuals whose current fitness level may make it difficult to complete the hike within the allocated time are kindly advised to reconsider participation for their own safety and group coordination. Team Coordinators shall always look after participants. However, if itinerary is changed or extended, extra costs may be incurred.
Participation and Safety
Hike Sign-up: Hikers sign up for each hike they wish to attend.
Punctuality: Members must arrive at the designated meeting point at the specified time.
Safety First: All participants follow the instructions of the designated hike leader(s) at all times. Members who act recklessly or endanger themselves are responsible for their own safety.
Medical Conditions: Members are responsible for their own health and should inform the organizers of any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect their ability to hike.
Leave No Trace: Hiker shall not hamper nature, private agriculture & local culture in anyway.
Liability Waiver: Acknowledge that hiking involves risks and that the organizers are not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur. Coordinators are happy to assist.
